Food and Fitness Workshop
Being healthy and low-risk will not only help you in the delivery room, but you will feel better during pregnancy, birth, and recover more quickly postpartum. Birth Boot Camp has designed a program especially for you. You will learn the how-tos in class and build a great physical foundation for your pregnancy, birth, and baby. Read the workbook cover to cover, or use it as a reference.

- Tips for Feeling Great Physically & Mentally
- Nutrition & Fitness Exercises for a Great Physical Foundation for Your Pregnancy
- Pelvic Floor Health
- Postpartum Nutrition & Fitness Exercises

INVESTMENT: $75
This class must be paid in full at the time of registration and is non-refundable.
This 3 hour workshop includes:
- Birth Boot Camp Tote & Pen
- Birth Boot Camp Food & Fitness Workbook, a 50-page companion guide that includes supplemental information and things to discuss and work on together at home.
A one-time $50 travel fee is applied for private classes with locations over a 20-mile radius from Holland. Group classes are taught at my office in Belton.
