Siblings at Birth Class
There are two options for the Siblings at Birth Class
1.) You may purchase the Birth Boot Camp Siblings at Birth Workbook, and teach the class to your own children by simply following along with the workbook and discussing the information with your child(ren).
You may purchase one Sibling Workbook for 15.95. If you have more than one child (I recommend that each child have their own workbook) and order a book for each child, the price is reduced to $13.95 per book. This allows you take the personal time with your own children to prepare them for the upcoming birth.
2.) Schedule a Siblings at Birth Class with me. This is a private class tailored to you and your families specific needs, contact me today to schedule this class for a time that works best for you!
What do children learn in a Birth Boot Camp Sibling class?
The Birth Boot Camp Sibling Class is not just about changing diapers and learning that babies cry. This class strives to prepare your child for the birth of the baby. Including them in this process helps ensure a close family bond.
The Birth Boot Camp Sibling Birth Class Workbook includes:
- Basic information about anatomy and where the baby currently lives
- Simple, straightforward, and age-appropriate instruction about the birth process
- Tips for your child on what they can pack for the birth in their own bag
- Specific tips for you, the parent, on preparing your child for birth
- A coloring page about them and the new baby
- Activity page about the baby and birth
- Tips for how your child can HELP at the birth- we want them to feel special and be useful
- Space for them to write or draw their own version of the birth story after the birth
INVESTMENT: $45
This class must be paid in full at the time of registration. Tuition is refundable until one week before class. This class is taught in the comfort of your own home. A one-time $50 travel fee is applied for locations over a 20-mile radius from Holland.
This Private Siblings at Birth Class Includes:
- 2-hours of Live Instruction
- One set of 8-count Crayola Crayons
- One Birth Boot Camp for Siblings Workbook mentioned above is included
- Specially selected birth videos where children are present at the birth of their baby sibling
- Instruction and/or games and demos for your child
- Sounds, facial expressions, and different ways that mom may act in labor
One child’s workbook is included with the $45 class fee.
If you have more than one child, each child will need his or her own workbook. Each additional workbook can be purchased for $13.95.
